The recipient must demonstrate good leadership and professionalism, and above all be a person of good character. Roberta C. Pike who graduated from State University atBinghamton and received her J.D. from St. John's University School of Law, is such a person. As a member of the Taxicab, Limousine & Para Transit Association and the National Limousine Association, Ms. Pike has spoken frequently on topics of interest and concern within the industry.
